Our five promises to referring vets

  1. We are exclusively a referral practice – we will never seek to offer first opinion small animal services.
  2. We will deliver the highest possible customer service and communication to our referring practices and your clients.
  3. We will deliver exceptional clinical care to ensure we achieve the best for your patients, your clients and your practice.
  4. When we discharge a pet we will call or contact you with an interim report within 2 hours and a full written report within 48 hours.
  5. We understand and will always respect and protect the relationship that exists between you and your clients.
